I had a bit of a rough time with this software company. I paid for their service, expecting to dive into it right away. But, turns out, I couldn't really use it. It was like paying for a movie ticket and then the theater being closed. I reached out to them, hoping they’d sort it out. They responded on Trustpilot, all positive and reassuring, which was nice. But that’s where it ended. No real action, just words that didn’t lead anywhere. It felt like they were just trying to keep me quiet without actually fixing the problem. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t follow through beyond nice promises.
