One thing that's annoying though, it freezes randomly and I have to reload it constantly, especially on my phone. It's better on my PC but still, it's frustrating for mobile users. Another thing, if there's an update for Chatbot or anything in AI-Pro, I wish they would let us know beforehand. Last time, they introduced GPT-4o mini without any warning and I couldn't use the app for days. Just a simple heads up on the AI-Pro main page would be really helpful.

You pay so much and honestly, you don’t get anything special for it. There are other AI bots out there that do the same things, sometimes even better, and they don’t cost a dime. It’s hard to justify spending money on this when free options work just as well, if not better. Unless they change their pricing, I can’t see myself recommending it to anyone. Save your money and go with the free ones.

They charged me for December without my approval. I only paid for the trial month from 27/10/2024 to 11/12/2024, and then on 10/12/2024 they charged me again. I don’t want the service, it doesn’t work for me, and I didn’t like it, that’s why I only used it twice.

I wouldn't trust this company. The website is completely down now, and it shows the domain is up for renewal. Despite this, they still charged me at the end of the trial period. Not good – I’d stay away!
