This customer service experience was really disappointing. I inquired about their WhatsApp Business support, and the response was unhelpful, just saying, "Ask them I don't know." Even after I pointed out a resource on their own site that could help clarify, the response was indifferent, just asking if there was anything else they could do. It's frustrating when customer service doesn't even introduce themselves or ask how they can assist. It reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. This experience with Yan alone has pushed me to look for alternatives. No matter how much a company spends on advertising, one unhelpful interaction like this can make them seem inexperienced and untrustworthy. It's clear that if I encounter any issues in the future, their customer service won't have the ability or willingness to assist.
