However, I believe they could enhance their service by including more wallet options like XRP and Bitcoin Cash, as well as expanding the list of supported exchanges. There are some serious problems with this software. Whenever I try to add new entries or import wallets, the platform takes ages to update my holdings. It feels like the platform freezes every time I try to update them. I've had to contact support five times to get them to unlock my holdings manually.
