This company is absolutely worthless. I tried to trade my Xbox One S 1.6TB for an Xbox Series X on July 8th. Their system is designed to block help and cut off access to certain contacts. If you forget your password, they won't assist you, forcing you to buy everything again. I play my Xbox daily from July 1st to 7th and beyond. I gave them my gamer tag, my address linked to the account, and the last four digits of my card, but their dumb AI keeps rejecting it, saying it's not enough. If their AI doesn't accept three or four out of five answers, tough luck—you have to repurchase everything. They basically say forget your password, tough luck, buy it all again. I'm switching to PlayStation and hope they lose subscriptions, just like Disney.

Got a custom controller for 200 euro and haven't been able to reach anyone for a whole week to get it repaired or get my money back. This company's service and automated system are a complete farce, sending you in circles with the same useless responses. Controller isn't functioning properly.

I wish I could give it .5. Cloud gaming is pointless, glitches every time it gets intense in any game. No help. Overpriced faulty games and even old games from over 20 years ago are expensive. Games take too long to load, so might as well buy a gaming machine instead. Bye Microshaft!
