My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. To put it plainly, they operate as a Chinese scam company. I initially purchased a projector screen from them, which was delivered damaged. From that point on, they engaged in a series of deceptive tactics to avoid taking responsibility. First, they attempted to appease me with a $50 gift card, which later increased to $150. They then insisted that I pay the $200 shipping cost to return the damaged item, a preposterous demand. When I reluctantly agreed and tried to ship it back to them, they provided me with the wrong label, creating further hassle. After a considerable amount of back-and-forth, I refused to relent, disputed the charges with my American credit card company, and they ultimately returned the funds. It took over a month and a half to resolve this matter. What's most concerning is their blatant dishonesty. They lied to my credit card company, claiming that I had signed for the damaged package, an assertion easily disproven with FedEx tracking information. Buyer beware of this Chinese fraud masquerading as a legitimate company with a New York subsidiary. My ordeal with them was both financially and emotionally draining. In the end, I was fortunate that my American credit card company supported me and helped rectify the situation, but the entire ordeal served as a stark reminder of the risks associated with dealing with this company.

I made a substantial purchase (exceeding $15K). Initially, I had reservations about engaging in what I consider "a major financial transaction" with an overseas company. However, the customer service representative, Irene, was incredibly reassuring. I finalized my order on [Order Date], and to my surprise, by [Delivery Date], 11 out of the 12 items I had requested arrived ahead of schedule. When the 12th item faced delays due to a different courier, [Company Name]'s Customer Service team went the extra mile to assist me in tracking down the delivery. They maintained open communication and returned my phone calls to provide me with timely updates regarding the whereabouts of my item.

This company isn't trustworthy

This company isn't trustworthy. I got my product on time, but the screen stopped working the next day. They've been ignoring me and haven't fixed the issue. I kept asking for a phone number, but they didn't provide one. I had to ask my credit card company for help, and they gave me my money back after a dispute. Even though the product seems good, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

At the moment, I'm pleased. It's not fully arranged yet, still adjusting the projector and keystone setting. A few parts of the screen have waves I'm not fond of, and the guidance is lacking.

The product's been decent overall, but when I had a problem, I emailed Wemax twice at support@ and still haven't got a reply 1 week later.
