Got 4 plants, but they came in much smaller pots than shown in the photos, so we needed to buy new pots. After 2 weeks, one plant had white spots. Contacted Wellpotted, but they didn't help at all… no advice for plant care. My suggestion… go to a reliable gardener instead to avoid the trouble of dealing with the wrong pots and unhealthy plants…

I made an order online, got the confirmation, and then the company stopped responding. After numerous calls and messages, I got a very rude reply. There’s still no update on my order. I regret not checking reviews before placing my order with them.
