I am extremely disappointed with Vestiaire Collective's handling of my recent sale. Despite the fact that the item was meticulously checked and validated by two witnesses in my home, the company abruptly canceled the sale, claiming that the item was not defective. I strongly suspect that an irresponsible and uneducated individual tampered with the package, causing damage to the item. To emphasize my commitment to transparency, I consistently provided photographic evidence of the item's condition before each shipment. Unfortunately, it appears that even with such precautions, trust in this company is misplaced. In my previous transactions involving direct shipping, I experienced smooth processes and received numerous compliments from satisfied buyers. However, it is disheartening to note that with every sale through Vestiaire Collective, they seem to scrutinize the item excessively, searching for any minor flaw or discrepancy, even when clearly described in the product description. This pattern of behavior results in the cancellation of sales and tarnishes my reputation as a seller. Adding to the frustration, Vestiaire Collective deleted the canceled sale from my sales history, making it impossible for me to obtain a reference number. Such practices only reinforce my concerns about the company's reliability and integrity. It is truly disconcerting that a platform meant for seamless fashion transactions has become a source of stress and distrust.

Terrible service! I shipped an item (Ref. 39483729) from Spain to Germany on August 12. It still hasn't arrived. Tracking has been dead since August 13. I emailed customer support but got no answer. I tried the chat, and Jess A. told me that, even though 16 days have gone by (delivery usually takes 4 days), they would wait another 48 hours before starting an investigation. I needed to send a screenshot. I couldn't respond right away because of a meeting, so I replied a few hours later. But when I came back, the chat was gone and now blocked, so there's no way to get in touch unless maybe by phone. Meanwhile, my sale got canceled. I also reached out to the carrier, but no response from them either. This isn't the first time there have been delivery problems.

I recently bought a Chanel travel bag with the reference number 8264420 from this platform. However, I had a change of heart and decided to relist the item under the new reference 33665809, and it eventually got sold. The issue arose when the VC control team rejected the article, despite the fact that it still had its control tag hanging. It's perplexing to me why the control was approved when I initially purchased it, only to be rejected now. I am in need of a resolution to this matter, and unfortunately, the chat help has not been able to provide a satisfactory solution. It's frustrating when you encounter these kinds of inconsistencies, and I hope the company can address and rectify this situation promptly.

Just not happy with the company's service. I sent a bag for quality control in France, and when the buyer canceled the sale after two days, I decided to retrieve my bag. To my surprise, I had to pay 77 fr. After contacting the Tax bureau and sending an email, I found out that Vestiare failed to fill out the necessary return documents. They even sent me an invoice, which was higher (670 fr) than the price I intended to sell the bag for. Despite having all the documents, I didn't receive a satisfactory solution from Vestiare. I plan to report them to the police this week.

Extremely disappointed with Vestiaire's customer service. My item has been stuck in the importing country for 3 weeks. Vestiaire provided zero assistance and instructed me to contact DHL myself. DHL Express revealed that Vestiaire, as the account holder, needs to intervene. Urgent confirmation is required to address the power of attorney for the high-value item. Despite providing evidence of sending it, Vestiaire's lack of proactive support is frustrating and leaves me uncertain about the resolution process.

Dealing with their Customer Service is a nightmare. Recently sold trousers and faced issues with their system not updating the shipping status promptly. Despite my item being shipped, they canceled the sale. The Customer Service responses were bizarre, resembling automated bots rather than real people. The hassle and high seller fees make it not worth the trouble. Removing my other listings and won't be returning.

VC is very reliable when it comes to payments, and they process them quickly once items are verified. They also support you during sales negotiations, ensuring you get the best deal possible. Communication is mostly done through text or email, which works well for me. These positive and steady experiences make me feel confident in continuing with VC for the long run. Everything goes really smoothly.

I had my first experience with @KatLux_ for a Louis Vuitton bag. The website is easy to navigate and the deal with @KatLux was quick and nice with a small thank you gift. I bought another bag (a Dooney and Bourke) from 'thefoxyshopper' and once more, the site was simple and the deal went smooth! I would surely consider Vestiaire Collective again and suggest both sellers and your site to everyone!

The sellers I interact with are very polite and helpful. Also, the recent YouTube ads are fun, though not needed. Thanks for being a great company to work with! I intend to buy and sell more! Makkelijk in gebruik. Verzend- en authenticatiekosten zijn te hoog, kopers voornamelijk beperkt tot lokale aankoop. De authenticatiestandaard verschilt veel, ik ontving een beschadigde tas, maar tegelijkertijd werd mijn verkocht item gerapporteerd voor een zeer klein vuiltje binnenin een zak. Soms werden ingediende foto's afgewezen, maar er zijn genoemde foto's die wazig en donker zijn.

I've been using Vestiare for a year. It's a good place to sell luxury brands at the price I want. Customers can bargain with me. After selling, I print a label and stick it on the box. They check the item fast, on the same day they get it. I get paid in a week. They are very professional. No problems till now. I suggest it if you have luxury stuff to sell. Five stars.

The clothes are nice, but frequently the cost is lower than the shipping fees, which are quite high. There's another site called Therealreal with much lower shipping costs. While your selection and brands might be better, you can still find good items there and save on shipping. I regret to say that I will stick with that site for now. The shipping fees are too steep.

The checkout process is straightforward with plenty of payment options. However, it would have been better if the discount for orders over £100 was applied before checkout.

So far, good experence. Sold my first item after listing it for about one week. Shipped it directly via UPS. I was happy with the whole process - from their tracking of shipment, and notification of payment, which was quick. A plus is also being introduced to so many wonderful sellers and thankfulness for giving quality pieces another happy life.

Authentication at this center is absolutely laughable. Recently, a pair of Loro Piana shoes purchased from the official store in Spain was inexplicably rejected. I bought a pair of pumps which were supposed to be pretty new (excellent conditions said the description). I received a pair of very used shoes and VC refused me to return them to the vendor and refund me. Very bad company, not serious. Be careful!
