The ETF costs are good, and they have a nice selection of products. But sometimes the advisor support is lacking, and their online tools have been getting worse. After 10 years, it seems like they're not as focused on helping customers anymore. Maybe they're struggling because they've been so successful.

Vanguard seems to be going off track.
Vanguard seems to be going off track. I've been with Vanguard for 22 years, but now they seem more focused on hiking their fees than ensuring their website works well on 8/05/24, a major market crash day. Their customer service has also declined over the years. Research thoroughly before starting an account with Vanguard.

My attempt to seek assistance in finding a form on the website resulted in the worst customer service experience imaginable. The agent was unable to guide me, refused to transfer me to a manager, and the entire call proved to be a complete waste of my time. A frustrating encounter that left me dissatisfied with the lack of support and unhelpful service.
