Just spent hours trying to order some products from Supersmart. The screen would take the products I selected, my delivery address, and payment information. When I would hit the confirm icon to finalize the transaction, it would not take it and knock me back to the previous step in the process. This happened over and over again. At one point, Supersmart was responding to my inquiry in French. That's right - French. I called customer service to find out - what gives? The Supersmart customer service rep I spoke to suggested that I was on the wrong Supersmart website - Supersmart.com which is Europe and not Supersmart US. Don't you just love how none of Supersmart's screens do not alert me to this? So I went back Supersmart US and tried my luck on this particular website. Same result. I could get to the confirm order icon and when I hit it, it would not consummate the transaction and would knock me back to a previous step in the sequence. This transaction should have taken a few minutes. After hours of trying, I finally gave up. Maybe there was something wrong with my credit card - doubtful, I used a Chase Sapphire Preferred Credit Cart, one of the best credit cards in the US. Maybe something wrong with the device I used - doubtful, I used my iphone, ipad, and a desktop computer - same results every time. Maybe I lacked the sophistication to navigate Supersmart's website/screens - doubtful, I am a graduate of the famed Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League) and was an Information Systems auditor for 2 Fortune 500 companies. So, if you love futility, and you love frustration, and you have a whole day to kill, then go ahead and try to order some products from this company.
