Upgradeable when you scale

Alerts hit fast and kept me disciplined. Felt confident walking away from the screen because webhooks and push actually fire.

Charts right in browser

Started on the free plan, added a couple indicators, then realized alerts were the killer feature. Upgraded for more slots. Seamless between laptop and phone.

Powerful, paywalls aside

Charts feel pro grade and I felt confident backtesting ideas. A feature reshuffle irked me once, but the tool remains my daily driver.

Addicted to these charts

It’s my morning ritual now. Indicators dialed, alerts ping my watch, and I feel in control. It sparks joy, weirdly.

Alert fired, heart raced

Phone buzzed, chart popped, my script’s arrow lined up. I grinned like a nerd. It’s moments like that you pay for.

Data feed fix

Support resolved a delayed quotes issue quickly with cache steps. Professional and concise. Back to charts in minutes.

Fast billing help

Asked about upgrading mid-cycle. Support replied quickly with pro-rate details and a link. Clear steps, no back and forth. Perfect.

Charts in minutes, boom

Signed up free, saved layouts, and wrote a Pine Script alert in an evening. Upgrade unlocked more alerts. Navigation is clean and syncing across devices just works.

It is one of the greatest trading platforms on the planet.

It is one of the greatest trading platforms on the planet. Though, there are a lot of bad reviews. If you are unhappy, try searching if any better option even exists. It's normal that intra-day market data are not included in daily or weekly candles, so you no little about technical analysis. The platform has some of the newest indicators compared to others, which you won’t see anywhere else.

Awful service quality...

Awful service quality... From the charts to customer support, it’s almost non-existent! I hold a premium account and face issues frequently, but today the charts have been down for 10 hours!!! I've lost some money too... I can’t even submit a ticket because the platform won't react...

A disappointing service that seems to scam users.

A disappointing service that seems to scam users. I purchased the premium package for a year. When I tried to transfer the needed amount, I ended up with a negative $1 balance. When I inquired about the refund, they charged me $3 in fees, even though Tron transfers only cost $1. They refused to refund the $1 and expect the user to lose $3. What a disgraceful customer support team that robs its clients.

I used it for a few years and then canceled my plan.

I used it for a few years and then canceled my plan. To my surprise I was charged the next year. First of all, when you try to cancel your plan, they will ask 20 times if you really want to do that. Then they ask for a confirmation via email. If you miss it then you're sill paying. When asking for a refund, it's very hard. You need to open a ticket and have a very brief period of time to confirm. If you go to the ticket a few days later there's a message that you need to open a new ticket because it expired. Very fishy practices. Won't use again.

Platform is great, BUT sometimes all your drawings vanish without reason... you have to draw it all again. **** this!

I find this website extremely helpful as a beginner trader/investor.

I find this website extremely helpful as a beginner trader/investor. It conveniently gathers multiple charts of a single Index, Company, or Commodities in one place. This feature has been invaluable for me to analyze and track various assets efficiently. It's one of the most useful tools I've come across, and I highly recommend it for anyone starting in trading or investing.
