My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I decided to purchase a "Wedding" dress, and despite opting for their standard shipping, it took well over TWO MONTHS for the dress to finally reach me. To make matters worse, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the dress bore no resemblance to the picture on their website. The quality was abysmal, the material was see-through, and the overall appearance was downright ugly. Naturally, I sought a refund immediately. While I can acknowledge that their customer service was prompt in responding, the resolution process was an arduous journey. It took a whopping 50 emails and, frustratingly, I had to bear the cost of my own return shipping just to get my money back. All in all, my overall experience with this company was nothing short of terrible. I strongly advise against anyone considering a purchase from them.

I can't believe the experience I had with this company! I was beyond excited to find a gorgeous dress for a wedding at such an unbelievable price of 208.59. However, my excitement turned into sheer disappointment. Despite eagerly anticipating the arrival of my dress, it never showed up. To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, I was met with complete silence. It's been an agonizing wait, and I still haven't received any resolution to this day. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Stay away from this company!

The dress is absolutely stunning and the fit is perfect! My only slight issue is that the fabric used isn't cotton or a similar material, which happens to be my personal preference for dresses. Nonetheless, I adore the design and wish I could find something similar with a better material. I'm definitely planning to place more orders because the seller did an outstanding job by shipping my order promptly after payment. With such speedy delivery, it's hard to resist shopping for more!

I bought a battery-powered bike and followed the tracking info. It was supposed to arrive on June 2nd. I checked on June 10th, and it said it was out for delivery, then marked as delivered. I reached out since it hadn't arrived, and they promised to look into it. After a week with no updates, I emailed again. They apologized and said they'd refund me, but it's August and still no refund. Avoid ordering from them; they are untrustworthy.

Shouldn't even get one star. This company is fantastic like so many other people on here I have been helped and got my money's worth. This company and anyone involved needs to be praised..All the good things going on in this world and this company is just another adding to the joy..awesome, thanks for everything you rockstars

I bought a mini fridge for $50, but it never arrived. When I contacted them, they kept saying the refund was processed on their side but not mine. This seems like a complete scam.

I had an experience with a site called bottlels.com pretending to be Costco. tbdress.com resembles this site. bottlels.com got shut in four days after I mistakenly bought from it.

Thi' cumpnay's a scam. Don't ordre frum them. They sended me a completley diffrent itim than wat I ordred and they dunt answr my refund requests!! They r fraudsterz.
