I ordered a dress for an event... the color was way off and the material felt flimsy. I quickly asked to return it. We want to make sure you're satisfied with your experience. If you'd like a full refund, we'll give you the return address. However, keep in mind that returns are not free. Instead, we can offer a direct refund of 25 USD, which is half of the item's price. Or, we can provide you with a discount code of 30 USD, about 60% off the item's cost, for use on your next purchase. This way, you avoid the trouble of returning the item and waiting for a refund. Please let us know if you prefer a full return, a partial refund, or a discount code. We're here to help and hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, I paid $53 plus shipping... I don't need or want a discount as I won't buy from you again. This is poor service, completely unsatifactory.

Your website is simple to browse, and the products are special and of good quality. I've bought from you before, and I'm very happy with the quality and fit of each item. They were sweaters, and sometimes it's hard to get the right fit online, but these are just right! With free shipping and quick delivery, I'm really happy about shopping from your site!

Unfortunately the whole shopping experience was less than stellar. The items took 6 weeks to arrive. The materials were cheap with threads hanging everywhere. Tried to contact customer service to return EVERYTHING. The process did take 30 days to finally get a return shipping label which will cost you. I will never purchase from them again.

Then, I needed to exchange for a different size, and after a couple of emails, everything was sorted out smoothly. I was really happy with how quickly they responded and helped me out.

Despite being listed and pictured in purple, the sweater I received was pink. The right style, but the wrong color. Attempting to arrange a return proved to be needlessly difficult, amplifying my disappointment. A frustrating experience, as the discrepancy and return process fell short of expectations.

My thought bout Stylewe was nice at first. I liked the clothes and designs. But my last order took too long. It's still not done now. One item wasn't like the picture showed. The lavender blouse had a double collar and cuff in the picture, but mine didn't have that, which is why I picked it.

I really like the regular sized clothes you offer! They're very elegant and perfect for work. It would be great if you could expand your selection to include more plus/curve sizes. I'd definitely buy them if you did. Can you make this happen? This is why I gave four stars

Until now, the ordering process has been quite straightforward and smooth. The most difficult part was picking which clothing pieces to order first, hoping the items look as good in real life as they do on the website. If they don't, I'll certainly inform other customers.

I like that they send things fast. They got way better! But, they gotta match the pictures with what they send. The dress pics look like linen, but what I got was polyester.
