Will not honor their refund policy ~ will not refund my money

Who steals money from unemployed people who clearly need their money? that would be this horrible company, scale jobs. I bought the top tier of their program, based on reviews. It was $1100. They DID NOTHING~ none of the resume work, no applications for jobs were sent in. I asked for a refund, at first they didn't respond at all for 10 days, then claimed they would process my refund, it was "taking awhile since they're international" but its been two months. they have not given me a refund, and I'm clear based on all the lies they've told me regarding this I will not be getting my money back, even though they agreed they did nothing, and they agreed they owed me a full refund. They only communicate on whatsapp, and then delete our conversations. Good thing I had taken screen shots of it prior to their deleting it all.
