My experience with the service has been rather tumultuous. When we initially signed up, we had high hopes. However, the first technician scheduled to set up our service couldn't make it due to illness. We rescheduled, only to experience a second no-show without any prior notice. The inconsistency left us feeling quite frustrated. Eventually, a technician did show up, and the installation went smoothly, or so we thought. Unfortunately, our optimism was short-lived as the service stopped working after just one hour. Now, we're faced with yet another service call and the anticipation of whether they'll show up and finally resolve the issue. One silver lining in this situation has been the friendly and courteous nature of the tech support team. They've been helpful, and I appreciate their attitude. However, the overall experience has left much to be desired. I sincerely hope that the service can address these issues promptly, as it would significantly improve our perception.

I used to have Frontier's fixed wireless internet. Their service cut out at least twice daily. I had to turn off the router for around 10 minutes to get the signal back. I've been using Rise for a week, and the service has been stable. My download speed is now double, and uploads are much better. I'm very pleased with Rise's service! I suggest them if you need fixed wireless internet.

My installer, Lance, was great. He explained everything nicely, set up a simple password, and was just a nice guy. So far, I've been very happy with Rise Broadband.
