The items they provide, the ordering system, quick delivery, and secure packaging were all good. They made locating what I needed swift and simple. My only issue is that their order amount is in sq. ft. which works for new setups but I needed to fix a certain number of broken tiles. Converting from tile count to sq. ft. wasn't as smooth as it should be, BUT, their customer service was quite helpful. I would surely purchase from them again.

Disappointing ordeal. Waited 3 months for my parts, yet no update or reply from the company. Their website rating is laughable, claiming 95% 4-5 stars and easy customer access, but it's untrue. Poor company, better to steer clear.
