I decided to get a

I decided to get a heater for my hot tub just before the cold season kicked in. Thought I'd have plenty of time to get it all set up, but things didn't go as planned. The order never showed up, and I couldn't get any response when I tried reaching out to cancel it. Now, my hot tub's just sitting there, and I'm not even sure if it's going to be okay. Tried emailing using the address on the invoice, and that didn't work either. It's been frustrating not knowing what's going on or getting any help. If you're thinking of ordering from here, maybe think twice.

Bought a heater for a hot tub to have it ready before it got cold. It didn’t arrive, and they didn’t reply when I tried to cancel. Now not sure if the hot tub can even be used. Stay away. The email on the invoice dosen’t work.

I can't believe this happened.

I can't believe this happened. Ordered a pump, right? Needed it ASAP. After a week of waiting, they email me saying my order got canceled because they ran out of stock. Seriously? Only needed one pump! And now, $5000 just tied up, waiting to be refunded. Not cool at all. This has been a huge hassle.
