I’m happy with the M221 printer I bought; it works well. Picked it because it handles 20-75mm wide labels, which are quite large. The phone software connects with the printer easily and is simple to use. Making stylish designs that print as shown is straightforward. However, the software could be clearer about where designs are saved and should allow saving them on the device. The login process is somewhat awkward, and I lost several designs saved in the app; they were probably stored online. The image handling is decent, and there are lots of fonts and clipart available. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.

The printer failed after only a few months of minimal use. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable and the app can't find the printer. I’ve followed all the online fixes with no success. Customer service isn’t answering emails, and now I’m stuck with a defective device I’ll probably have to throw away. Not advised.

I strugggled to unwrap the label, but the customer service rep was very patient and helpful. He guided me through the whole process, from printer setup to app use. This small printer is user-friendly and the print quality is decent. Great support!
