I recently went through my first claim process. My 12-year-old ShihTzu required surgery for a disc injury. Submitting the claim was easy, and I got a prompt response about how much I would be reimbursed. I should be receiving my check soon. I’m quite pleased with the result. Zoey is doing well in her recovery, and I’ll be getting most of the claim amount back soon.

I’ve been a Pets Best customer for 2 years, and I can honestly say they’ve been really great. They’ve covered everything that’s in my plan without problems, and their claims process has always been simple and easy. Having the assurance that my dog is covered gives me peace of mind, and I truly feel they care about their customers and pets.

We got our 2-year-old dog on 7/8
We got our 2-year-old dog on 7/8, and I signed up for Pets Best the next day. Our dog's initial vet visit was on 7/29, and I filed my first claim, which got approved in two days. I've had two more claims that same week; one was approved, and one is still pending. Overall, I am satisfied with Pets Best so far.

I had trouble submiting my claim and the customer support team was very helpful when I called. They walked me though everything quickly and easily and we got the problem taken care of!
