I’m in the same boat as many others - my order never showed up. I heard various excuses about delays and big shipments causing problems. I don’t trust that I’ll get a refund either. I wish I had read reviews first. Don’t waste your time thinking you'll get your order; we’re not just rare cases.

I ordered 3 tarot decks back in March 2024

I ordered 3 tarot decks back in March 2024 and paid $60. After a long wait of almost a year, I finally contacted customer support, but then they stopped responding. I never received a refund and was told the delay was caused by inventory and warehouse problems. It’s been a long time now, and I just want my money back if the order was never shipped.

I wouldn't recomend buying from this company. They take too long to send the products and often don't offer refunds. It feels like a scam. The products may look good, but if you can't get them or your money back, it's not worth it. Consider shopping at Walmart or another reliable Tarot store.

SCAM ALERT FIR MAJICK.COM

I placed 2 orders, one on October 1, 2024, and a second one on October 2, 2024. They claim orders will be sent out in 1-7 business days. After several business days and no contact I wrote them. You can never get anyone to answer their phone, as I had made no less than 10 calls... all going to voice mail. They assured me via email that my product was going out on October 11, 2024. After no confirmations, I attempted to cancel 1 card payment, as the other 1 required written dispute which was too much work... I'll just suck it up. Throughout the month there was exchanges back and forth via email, but still no mailing of product. Out of nowhere, I got an email saying they were mailing my product. Yeah! I checked SHOP, and nope, they only made a label. Finally, today, I got someone to answer the phone...October 30, 2024...some 26+ business days later. Unfortunately, the receptionist said they had only printed a label, but some of the product was not at their location yet...whatever that means. She had no idea when the product would arrive, or when it would go out. Geez! I then informed her that I had disputed one of the charges, but was willing to pay for that one right now so I didn't lose my place in the cue. She said please hold. 5 minutes into holding I got emails saying my money was returned for both orders. When she came back on, she said that Majick could no longer do business with me because me disputing the charges makes their company look bad!? EXCUSE ME? IT'S NOT the lack of communication, the empty promises of speedy delivery, the availability of listed products, or even the deception of printing labels for products you have no intention of shipping...it's me trying to recoup a portion of my money, in which I was willing to pay for with a different card if they were indeed going to ship it....which they weren't! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I made an order in March 2024. Now it’s almost October, and my order hasn't been sent. I talked to Isabel in customer service, who just made excuses for the delays. She mentioned they were behind on orders due to a 30% off sale (which feels like it’s always happening, so that’s no reason), then claimed my package got lost and they would send me another. Finally, she tried to say USPS lost it. This company makes tracking numbers for orders without actually sending them out, so they can blame USPS when you don’t receive your stuff. It’s completely insane. I ordered from them a few times in 2020 without any problems. I don’t know what’s going on with Magik.com, but it seems like a total scam now. Don’t buy from them!

Never received item, no communication, 3 months later no refund

You'd think a company selling this kind of cool stuff would be... cool. They're not. Based on the other reviews it seems like they also like to gaslight their customers into thinking it's their own fault and they're crazy for being upset when they don't receive their orders. I had to resort to spamming their email which finally got me a reply. They said they hadn't gotten my past emails so i emailed back with screenshots of the emails asking for a refund and now they haven't replied in days again. I should have looked at Better Business Bureau before ordering. I will probably never get my tarot cards or a refund but it's months after the birthday they were for anyways. Never ever buy from this store.

They really don’t deserve any stars. I made an order with them and they don’t answer emails, and no one picks up the phone. Eventually, I managed to speak to someone, and she told me I’d receive an email saying my order was cancelled, and I’d get a refund after I mentioned I was disputing it with my bank. I still haven’t got any email or refund, but I’m not going to stress about it since my bank will take care of the dispute. Don’t order from them – their customer service is terrible, they’re scammers, and they don’t handle things properly. They don’t care about your time, money, or the product. I repeat, stay away from this business.

1 Star - Scam Alert! Stay Away!

I placed an order on magick.com and it’s been DAYS with absolutely no tracking number, no updates, and ZERO customer service. I've emailed them multiple times—completely ignored. They just took the money and vanished. This website feels like a straight-up scam. What kind of store doesn’t even bother to respond after taking your payment? No transparency, no respect for customers, and clearly no professionalism. Do yourself a favor and buy from literally anywhere else. I’m reporting them to their payment processor and leaving this review everywhere I can. Disgusting behavior from a so-called “spiritual” shop.

I ordered from Magic.com twice. The first order took a really long time to ship, about 2 months, even though I had to send many emails and make several calls to customer service. They said they were busy because of their sale. I decided to try again with the second order, but I’m not sure why! After several emails with no reply for almost 3 months, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and suddenly, my order was cancelled. No one reached out before that. Terrible customer service! They sell some interesting things, but you’ll probably never get them! Whoever is in charge needs more help!

I placed an order for some books in March 2024. In April, I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped. Mariah from customer service said they were waiting for Troy Books in England to send the items, but she didn't give me any timeline. As a test, I ordered straight from Troy Books in the summer and got my books in LESS THAN A WEEK. Clearly, they were not the issue. Now it's almost November. Magick has stopped replying to my emails. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Please stay away from these people at ALL COASTS.

I really wish I would have took a moment to review this store. I placed an order on Feb 2nd and another on Feb 4th. When I called two weeks ago, they mentioned the California fires were causing delays. I understood and felt bad for them. But after checking, I found out that this has been an issue even before the fires. I called them again yesterday, and the woman on the phone said they’re still facing major delays and I should see some movement within the next week or maybe sooner. I’m waiting to see but if nothing changes, I’m going to cancel.

I’ve been in touch with Isabel and Mariah from their customer service for updates. First, they said my package was fine and I should wait, then they said they were waiting for items to come back in stock, now they’re claiming it’s lost and was waiting for restock, and I got offered a 5% discount. They’re not responding to my emails now. Avoid this company; it’s clearly untrustworthy. It's a scam to take your money.

Placed an order in early December but got a tracking number weeks later, despite being told about potential delays due to an ongoing sale. Reached out in January, threatened restitution, and only received my package after filing a payment dispute. Magick.com never officially responded to the dispute, and communication was sparse. Now, after finally getting my items, they audaciously request I refuse the package or accept an invoice. Save yourself the headache and source elsewhere; the constant issues make them not worth it.

This company got a big store front. They got a lot of stuff in there and it's pretty good value for what you pay. But man, their service is just bad. Like, really bad. It takes forever for your stuff to even ship. And they don't even bother to tell you if there's gonna be a delay. And when you try to ask them what's up, they don't pick up the phone and their email replies take forever. I thought I'd give 'em another shot this time, but no way, this is definitely the last time I'm ordering from them.

Reached out to customer service in October, November, and December, and was told every time that they were waiting for one item and it would ship soon. Eventually asked them to send what they had and refund the rest, but they just marked the whole order as "canceled" and still haven’t returned my money from 5 months ago. Really bad service, definitely not a magical experiance.

Look into it yourself and see the truth about him. You'll understand why people are getting scammed. Avoid buying from them—they've changed their name to magickcalspot. They used to be called magick planet llc. They might shut down and start a new site, so be careful. Buy from Amazon or another reliable place.

My experiance matched what others said lately.

I placed an order on April 2nd but didn't hear anything about it being sent out when they said it would be. I messaged them and got no reply. Then I called the number listed on their site, and it told me to email another adress. I did, but still nothing back. Tried calling again and chose to speak to someone, but got a message saying their inbox was full. This feels like a scam. I told my bank and also let the BBB know. I hope people see this before they buy.

It's been nearly a year, and my order,

It's been nearly a year, and my order, MP08109999, is still nowhere in sight. Two prior orders were delayed, but at least they eventually arrived. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I've received no response, refund, or shipping updates. This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have cost me $50, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone. A frustrating experience, and I hope they rectify the situation soon.

Last week, after paying fully a month ago, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. There’s been no reply at all. I hope future customers see these reviews and avoid the trouble of being scammed. I’d give zero stars if possible. BBB has been informed and a complaint has been made.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company! I placed an order for candles in April 2024, and it’s now November with no delivery in sight. After reaching out to customer support, they said there were delays due to high demand. On my fourth contact, I asked for a refund. It’s been four weeks now, and I still haven’t seen any refund. Hopefully, luck will turn around for me with Magick.com!

They charge your card and never send anything. No confirmation, no updates. I almost lost it when I finally reached someone on the phone. They wasted my time for a while before saying, "Oh, it just shipped, so I can't cancel," but they had no tracking info. They promised to email it. Never came. Just a bunch of lies. Honestly, these guys are bound to face something bad soon.

After three weeks, I reached out for an update, and they mentioned the order was held up in the warehouse. I requested a refund but received no reply. I ended up doing a chargeback and got my money back. I will not order from them again, however.

Don't order from this website they are straight scammers and they don't respond to emails and good luck with trying to get someone on the phone. I finally got someone on the phone and they said that they will send a refund and cancel order confirmation still nothing. I disputed them as a merchant claim through my bank.

I buy a lot each month. I really enjoy the range of mystical items this store has. The staff are friendly and quick to help, and the prices are great. I got another order today and was happy to find a new [free] crystal with my decks. Thanks!

I’ve been buying from Magick.com for 3 years

I’ve been buying from Magick.com for 3 years with no issues until now. I ordered three items (since they were on sale) on 2/27/25. A month, two emails, and a phone call later, I still have nothing. Foolishly, I placed another order on 3/17/25 (again, because of the huge sale) and 9 days later, the order is still pending… but they got my money right away!!! Looks like it’s time to find a new online metaphysical store.

The quality of the items was decent, but overall, the whole ordering process was more troublesome than I would have liked.
