I adore the TLG team! No complaints from me. Over my two years of service, we've navigated ebbs and flows, but I anticipated that. Before them, I worked with some other agency to do this with, but I finally fired them. I decided to come work with the leading group and my sales are actually really good. I wish I came here first rather than going to the other one. So far I’m very happy and I love the team here! AMAZING because they actually care.

At first, it wasn't amazing. I was kinda annoyed at first due to some failed tests, but lately, we've got a product we're expanding, and the outcomes are good. Good outcomes require cash though, so more cash equals better outcomes. I'm satisfied with the path we're taking now and eager for more success as we progress.

I've been with Leading Group for 10 months. It's not a quick way to get rich. I used to work 9-5 and didn't have time. There were tasks I didn't expect, but it's okay, not running the show solo. Mostly paying for orders and ads. Communication was good, not always perfect, but it worked. They're helpful and know their stuff, but don't expect instant wealth. My store makes $300-400 profit daily. They asked if I wanted to scale up, but I'm nervous about more customers due to shipping delays. Maybe in the future. I'd give 5 stars, but I'm picky. Just know, you won't get rich quick.

This company is legit, but it's important to remember they don't mention your tax obligations when showing potential profits. Shopify notifies the IRS about all sales. You have to pay sales tax on all sales and federal taxes on all profits. When you consider these expenses, the profits are quite low, if there are any at all. The staff are professional, but when you consider everything, it's not really worth it.

I strongly believe that the amount this company charges for setting up a store is too much, and not worth it. There are many other companies out there charging much less for the same services. After I stopped working with this company and got back only $2k as a refund, which was all they offered, I still think I paid too much. I've been working with Shopify store managers I hired directly at a low hourly rate, since they're based abroad, and I've already found their work to be better. We've also found more quality products. I wish I had saved my money and tried this out myself. I don't think The Leading Group was doing anything that special or valuable for me with such a high startup cost and then a high monthly fee. Thankfully, I quit before the monthly fee started. I would change my review if the startup cost had been lower. Now that I see what these services entail and what they're worth, I really did overpay for a store template that was copied for me, and for a store with minimal success, which mostly only offered one single product, and had typos and bad styling throughout.

They dropped the ball on guiding me through distributor payments, resulting in a confusing aftermath. Hidden costs like Zendrop and the obligatory $600 monthly ad spend caught me off guard. The convoluted financial transactions left me baffled. A suggestion for improvement: a comprehensive tutorial upfront could demystify the intricacies. Despite the "hands-off" promise, the stress might not make it worth a repeat; a FIVERR freelancer with more personalized attention could be a wiser choice for a $6k investment.

Despite spending $10,000 over 10 months, the store generated less than $1,000 in revenue. Disappointed by unmet expectations, the experience fell short of the promised success.

It's a headache, but if swiftly burning through $7k of savings is your goal, then it might be worth considering.
