I bought two large banks, and when they arrived, I realized I made a mistake on one, and they made a mistake on the other. I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly gracious, replacing both panels at no cost. The banks are absolutely adorable, and I can't wait to give them as gifts to my granddaughters! Good customer service is a rarity these days, so I'll definitely be shopping here again!

I got a puzzle board for my granddaughter's birthday, but things haven't been smooth. No updates on my order, and they're not replying to my emails. Money's gone from my account, but no puzzle board in sight. Two months is a long wait without a response. Pretty disappointed, won't be buying from them again.
