One glaring issue is related to the platform's claim of accommodating any page dimension. I've encountered problems where square pages appear stretched on the mobile single-page viewer, and it seems this problem isn't unique to my publications. Even after resizing my content to traditional page dimensions, these distortion issues persist. To make matters worse, Issuu lacks a dedicated help forum, and their pre-filled Q&A responses are often unhelpful. I hope for improved customer support and technical issue resolution to enhance the platform's usability.
