It's advisable to steer clear of this seller, as they rely on misleading advertising for subpar products and fail to take responsibility, instead shifting blame to their vendors.

I strongly caution against purchasing from Inspire Uplift. They seemingly endorse scammers, leaving me out $220. Their customer service is deplorable, and my experience has been a nightmare. I ordered on September 19, but when my package arrived around October 10, I immediately called them due to issues. To my dismay, they outright refused to assist me and seemed to side with the seller, who conveniently vanished from their platform the very day I raised my concerns. It's a distressing situation, and I cannot emphasize enough how regrettable my experience with this company has been.

They won’t take their stuff back

Minus 10 for customer service. I ordered heated vests. Christmas presents 2024. They came, they don’t fit over the hips. They don’t want to take them back and refund. They have all sorts of restrictions and requirements. Obviously dishonest. Don’t buy from them. I will update this review when I have my money back. I read another review of someone who has tried for months without success. Just automated messages in very poor English. Customer beware! Maybe my refund will be my 2025 Christmas present 👎😠😡

I've been waiting for my money for more than 5 months

I am a seller on InspireUplift.com. I have been waiting for the payout for my sold products since June 2024. I keep writing to customer support, asking where my money is and when they will transfer it. All I receive are standard replies saying, "Wait." They took my money and are not giving it back. I am waiting for $400. I sold my products, and the buyer received them in July 2024, but I still haven't been paid for these items. I do not recommend using this platform to sell your products.

Terrible Company to sell on -

This company is terrible to sell on. I had to remove all physical products from their site because they did not tell you as a seller you pay ALL shipping fees to matter where its being shipped to. Then if you want to get paid - ha what a joke. It takes 3 to 12 months to get your money. They get paid for the item within minutes but they do not pay the seller for months. This site needs to be shut down. Them holding money is illegal

Deceptive and nothing but lip service

I ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas never arrived until Dec 29th. Wrong size sent even though I changed my order. Deceptive advertising as vests required battery pack not included. Contacted customer service which gives lip service promising to resolve matter but ultimately not satisfied. The worst part is that I was overcharged for my items. I’m going to dispute with my Credit Card Company.
