    We’ve been using Hostfully for a year now

    We’ve been using Hostfully for a year now, and their focus on helping customers along with the tools they provide for a PMS have really improved how we run our business! They have lots of tools and options that make managing a STR business and hosting guests much easier. My husband and I run 25 vacation rentals, and with Hostfully, it feels like we have a whole team backing us up! I’ve talked with several employees who said they love working there, and it makes me feel reassured knowing the people supporting my business care about what they do!

    Jose has truly been the highlight of my time with Hostfully. He explained so much about the platform and assisted me with several challenges. When I faced an urgent issue and couldn't get help through the customer support chat, I contacted Jose, and he quickly resolved it! He's very skilled, professional, and easy to talk to.     As a host, I give Hostfully a 10/10! It makes managing properties quite easy with tools that help with bookings, guest communication, and guidebooks. The platform is simple to use and has been getting better over time, plus the support team is helpful. Hostfully really aids me in improving the experience for my guests and lightens my daily tasks.

    We have completed the onboarding, and I can say the platform is easy to use and straightforward. Monica was our onboarding manager, and she was really helpful! She guided us through everything step by step!
