The customer service was great

The customer service was great, really helpful with questions 'bout product use. 1st time vaping, and was shocked at how incredibly harch it was. Like a cougar reached into your throat, claws out. lol. Quickly learned not to 'over' inhale. Effective quite quickly, but does seem to also dissipate after a short time. I guess if you don't mind carrying it around with you for 're-ups', and your throat can handle it, the quick delivery makes it worth the cost. Side note-I wish Hollyweed would take it's name off the return address on the packages. Not everyone is in a situation where they have to be careful, but some are.

They are average

They are average, with nothing particularly special to note. The customer service was just okay, and the quality of goods is also average. The products are okay, but I'm unsure if there's a better alternative. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; they are just average. However, the price of goods is fair and reasonable.

It appears they charged me for the latest monthly subscription but failed to deliver the product. Despite my attempts to contact them through various channels, I've received no response. It's a shame because the product itself is good. However, this recent issue has compelled me to discontinue my monthly subscription.
