I made a mistake with one digit in my phone number while trying to verify my account. Healthgrades won't let me fix it, and their “Help Center” insists on sending codes to the wrong number. I've checked all their support options, can't find a way to chat, and there's no phone support. Their site is now completely useless. I'm certain others face this issue too. I rate their service an F- because a single wrong digit has locked me out permanently with no assistance available.

Healthgrades needs to be clearer about which doctors accept new patients. I found many doctors (10+) who do, but they charge a fee. They should mention this on their site.

Amazingly, Healthgrades lists our struggling hospital as one of the 50 best in the US. Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC (bought by HCA in 2018) during the same time as this rating, was put by federal investigators 'in immediate jeopardy' for putting patients at risk. The hospital also admitted it was not meeting the "standard of care we expect."

This is deeply concerning and disappointing for anyone relying on their services.
