They are a very unethical company!!!

They are a very unethical company!!!! They advertised computer memory for $192. It was not necessarily a great deal since other vendors had the same item for $199. I placed my order, my credit card was charged, and I received an order confirmation. A few minutes later the sales manager emailed me stating the item I ordered was open box an they are out of open box items and that I could pay an extra $110 or they would cancel my order. First of all it was not an open box item. I don't buy open buy items. Their site described it as a BRAND NEW item with no mention of "box" or "open" anywhere. In fact I had emailed the sales manager earlier asking about the delivery schedule and included a link to the product description page along with the $192 price tag. That same link now points to a page where the price is $300. This is a scam site. Do not waste your time or money with this merchant when there are so many other reputable vendors.

Sells item, emails you asking for more money

Bought a listed referb item for $175. They emailed me to let me know that they made a mistake and the price was actually $620. The drive is $340 brand new from the manufacturer..... When I called to ask about this they said.... Well.... Does it come with the 2 year warranty at that price? Uhhh it's the manufacturer... Yes. And second of all your website only says it has a 90 day warranty. Told them to just cancel and refund me. And they said.... I'll let my accounting know and hung up. They emailed me telling me they'd be cancelling. Apparently this has been happening with this company for a few months now based on other reviews. If I don't see that refund I'll dispute it with my CC company. I wouldn't give this company your business.

I bought four hard drives on their site

I bought four hard drives on their site and paid with a card. They asked for a pic of my ID with the card, claiming my address was "unverified". I suggested a business address, but they wanted the ID pic. I sent a scan with ID number hidden, but they said it was blurry. When I didn't give more info, they canceled the order and refunded. This was okay, but not a good experience. Asking for ID is weird for a small purchase. They should clarify this policy better. If verification is needed, they should find safer ways than emailing personal info.

I'm quite let down by my recent experience

I'm quite let down by my recent experience with this company. I ordered a part, but what I received was not only different from what I ordered but also in poor condition. Despite my complaint and sending images of the part, I haven't heard anything back from them to address the issue or provide a solution. However, I did receive an email today stating that the correct part will be shipped to me. I'll wait until I actually receive the correct part before reconsidering my rating.

My experience with this company was mixed. Initially, I spoke with one person who promised a discount, but when I returned to order, another person said the deal was cancelled. After some discussion, they reluctantly gave me $10 off. When the board arrived, I found bent CPU pins which could affect its functionality. I've requested a replacement and am waiting for a response.

They contacted me through chat while I was looking at my cart, confirmed they had what I wanted in stock, expedited shipping to me at their expense, and ensured the product made it to my house, and worked. Ordered some drives, they took the money from my card. But they won't send the drives until I send a picture of my credit card and driver's license. Why do they need that if the payment went through? Now I don't have the drives, and I'm struggling to cancel the order and get a refund. I doubt it will happen, but let's wait and see.
