I spent several days checking the global entry website
I spent several days checking the global entry website for an appointment and couldn’t find any open slots. My airport was completely booked… after registering, I got an appointment that fit my schedule in just 2 days for the next week. I kept checking until the day of my appointment in case something changed, and over the week, I got about 5-10 appointment notificaions each day.

Definitely worth the price!
Definitely worth the price! The usual wait for an interview was 76 days. Once I signed up for Global Entry Alerts, I quickly started getting updates on open slots. Within a few hours, I had an interview set for the next day!! Thanks!

My appointment was smooth and fast. The whole process took less time than expected, and I was done with the questions and fingerprints in no time. I would have preferred more locations nearby though.

I kept clicking on the link they gave me
I kept clicking on the link they gave me, not realizing I had to first go to the main website and log in before scheduling. Even though it said to make sure you’re logged in, I assumed the link took me where I needed to go...very confuzing.
