I bought 3 Air Safti Air Scrubbers. They all arrived quickly after my order. One stopped working, so I emailed the company. They replied fast and asked for a video of the issue. It obviously doesn’t function. They are sending a replacement and have been quick, polite, and very fair during this whole time.

The service here is terrible. To sum up, we ordered some items using Klarna, thinking everything was fine. We got part of the order but never got the rest. When we contacted them, things got ugly. They started sending threats, saying they’d call the police if payment wasn’t made by 3 PM that day. Our Klarna plan was set for six months. They never processed the order correctly on their end, so they didn’t get the first payment, which we were unaware of. The owner sent threatening emails about calling the police. After we talked to Klarna, the threats stopped, but we still haven’t received the rest of our order.

Awful, dreadful customer service.

Awful, dreadful customer service. Very sketchy company overall. I didn't get an order confirmation and spent over $500 on 4 items. 1 item showed up a week after I ordered. I called to ask why only 1 item came. Then they tell me that 1 item was canceled. And the other 2 are supposed to arrive. So I wait & wait. Finally, 3 weeks later, 1 more item comes. I call them again. They give me the run around and then say 2 items have been discontiued and they won’t be sent. Then I find out that I was charged over $65 for shipping. For 2 items!?!? Are you kidding me. At this point I’m so mad and annoyed and ask to send back the 2 unopened items and that I want a refund. They said nope. Too bad. So if you want to spend a crazy amount of money and only get half your items and pay a ridiculous amount for shipping with no chance to return, buy from this sketchy company.

I purchased an Air scrubber priced at $369, but instead received a different product worth $284. Rather than resolving the mistake, they gave me the runaround when it came to returning the item. In the end, I accepted an $85 credit for the price difference but was left with a product I didn’t want. I agree with other reviews; this company lacks integrity and I feel my time and money were wasted.
