I'm on my second console now, which was quite a hassle to get a replacement for – took three months and dozens of emails. Unfortunately, the new console still freezes every time I try to play it. My advice would be to save your money and go for the Super Console X2 Pro instead; it's $120 cheaper and performs much better.

I wasn't able to set up the card with my joystick and arcade buttons, but I could manage with wireless controllers. Still, it didn't give the outcome I desired, and there was no sound at all. Overall, I wouldn't suggest it.

My son mistakenly wiped the Batocera game SD card. The support team worked really hard to get me back to gaming. Best help I've ever had. These folks are great. I’ll be telling everyone about them.

Da company's console be kinda hard to figure out at first, especially if you're new to emulation. But da customer service be real quick to help ya out, so it ain't too bad to get the hang of.
