The apartment in Mon Reve Downtown Dubai was really nice. It’s clean, big, and has plenty of facilities. The agent was also friendly and helped a lot. The location is great, close to a supermarket and Dubai mall. Definitely recommend.

Just got back from a

Just got back from a trip to Dubai and stayed at this apartment in Dubai Marina, managed by Frank Porter. Let me tell ya, it was pretty awesome. The place was super clean and roomy, just like the ad said. I was a bit skeptical at first, but man, it totally lived up to the hype. I’ve already told a few friends about it because I think they’d love it too. And yeah, I’m definitely booking it again next time I'm in town. But you know what really made the difference? The way Frank handled everything. He was so straightforward and kept in touch, like really good communication. You don’t always get that when you book places online, so it was a nice change. Felt like he actually cared about my stay, which is rare these days. All in all, if you’re looking for a spot in Dubai Marina, I’d say give Frank’s place a shot. It’s totally worth it.

Walking into the apartment, I was struck by how nice the decor was. But then, I noticed how dirty everything was. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa or even walking around without shoes. We had to call cleaners right away for a deep clean. Things didn't get better from there. We had constant problems with the appliances, like the washing machine, and the management team was no help at all. I’ve heard from a lot of people that Frank Porter has a bad reputation, and now I know why. The worst part happened after we'd been there for a month. We went to a friend’s wedding in Europe and when we got back, we found out they had thrown all our stuff into black bin bags. They had given our apartment to someone else and kicked us out because they messed up the dates. It was their mistake, but we were the ones who had to pay for it. All in all, it was a horrible experience. I would never stay with Frank Porter again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
