Imagine this: You've been a loyal customer since 2021, making every payment on time. Flash forward to 2024, and the company offers a plan upgrade with the promise of great rates for long-term members. Sounds fantastic, right? Well, think again. I saw the upgrade option over a month ago and reached out immediately. The new plan showed charges on June 13th and then again on the 20th—clearly not monthly. They promised a resolution within 24-48 hours. It's now July 4th, and I'm still waiting. They even saved a previously deleted card and charged it without my consent. When I called about the upgrade, they blamed a small balance of $89.40, which I paid immediately. Yet, the upgrade option vanished. Despite multiple calls, there's no resolution. If you value your time and money, beware! This hassle is not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and think twice before committing.
