The customer service provided by Fire Pits Direct was truly outstanding. Despite a couple of hiccups with the delivery of our fire/water pot feature, their team was quick to respond and resolve the issues effectively. They kept their promises and even followed up with us. In today's world, such excellent customer service is rare but absolutely essential.

I spoke with Matt. He helped me avoid a big mistake, since I was about to get the wrong size for my gas supply line. Once I fixed that, Matt walked me through the order process, made sure I got the right product, and it arrived the very next day. Great service!

Good service and professionalism. Amazing customer service and they answered all my questions with great knowlege that made buying simple. Bowl was packaged well and secured properly. Looks fantastic and works great. Really happy and will use them again.
