I ordered a $200 engine

I ordered a $200 engine from EngineDIY, expecting everything to arrive together, but only part of it showed up. When I reached out, they said they’d charge me more to send the missing pieces. Felt like a rip-off. I was shocked when I left a review on their site and found it removed later. It’s like they’re trying to hide the truth. I thought I was getting a good deal, but now I’m stuck with an incomplete engine and extra costs. Frustrating experience, and I’d say be cautious if you’re thinking of buying from them. Not what I expected at all.

I've thrown down on

I've thrown down on a few orders with these guys, and usually, things are spot on. But, had this pricey piece, just under a grand, show up missing some cheapo parts. Sent them all the deets – product number, missing parts number, even pics from their own assembly manual. We danced the email tango for a bit, but their service tech couldn't nail the right part. Two wrong tries later, and the guy just threw in the towel. Popped a negative review, and poof, they magicked it off their site. Talk about a wild ride!

Inconsistent customer service and censorship of negative reviews are concerning. Despite receiving correct items in previous orders, a pricey purchase with incorrect parts led to a frustrating experience. Despite thorough communication with detailed information, resolution has been delayed for over a year. The deletion of negative reviews raises questions about transparency and accountability.

I ordered a product from

I ordered a product from this company, but it came with a US plug which is useless in the EU. To make matters worse, the product didn't even work as described. I decided to write a review on their website to let others know, but they just took it down instead of fixing the issue. It's really frustrating when companies aren't honest or willing to improve. Definitely not buying from them again.

Very upset with the company's lack

Very upset with the company's lack of customer service. Despite multiple orders, I received an expensive item with incorrect parts. Despite providing detailed information and numerous emails, resolution has been pending for over a year. What's worse, my negative review was promptly removed from their site, raising concerns about transparency and accountability.

Oh no, what a letdown! I fell victim to a scam. Spent NZ$65 on an aV* engine, but all I got was a cheap ring. My emails have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling utterly disappointed and deceived. A regrettable experience that has left me questioning the integrity of this company.

Bought an engine

Bought an engine three years back, and what do I get? A Bluetooth mini headset! Still waiting for my actual purchase. The support? Don't even get me started – lousy. No refund in sight. Not cool, guys.
