Unfortunately, my order was not delivered to my house. I recently discovered that the same issue occurred last year, with the package being left at the end of the road instead of at my house. Thankfully, this year, the recipient miraculously spotted the package. While it might not entirely be your fault, the recurring issue with the delivery person or shipper needs attention to ensure a smoother delivery process.

It would be more satisfying if they sent my order before asking for feedback. I see they've charged my card, but besides the order confirmation and this email, I haven't heard from them. I expect them to fix this right away.
