Ugh, steer clear of this company, seriously! Ordered an Alice in Wonderland paint-by-numbers, and it was a total mess. First off, the canvas was printed portrait instead of landscape – like, what? The paint numbers were all jumbled up, making it a puzzle to figure out. And when I finally mustered the patience to start painting, guess what? Alice turned out to be a ginger with no face! It's like they're playing some twisted version of Wonderland. Save your sanity and money, folks. This company is a big fat avoid.

The items took weeks to come and when they did they were the wrong size much smaller than I ordered .what a load of rubbish the drill pen is I could of got it fo a couple of pounds on eBay and chucked it out so a waste of £9.99. I kept emailing them and they just fobbed me off. Straight from China I’m afraid load of rubbish don’t bother it’s cheaper to go to amazon .But better quality from amazon and you get decent customer service. I hope you lose your business you are a bunch of thieves .

Received a stunning diamond and sapphire necklace as a gift and decided to buy matching earrings online. I had leftover diamonds in every color – none of those missing-color nightmares you sometimes get elsewhere. The service from the get-go was stellar, even ran a couple of simulations for me to nail down the perfect size without a single complaint. This company gets a big thumbs up from me, and I wouldn't hesitate to throw down a solid five stars!

I'm back at the Diamond Store as a repeat customer. Recently got a diamond ring for our anniversary, and I'm happy with the service and the ring. It looks great, just as described. Sure my wife will like it. For any future diamond stuff, I'll come back here. Also liked that it was shipped to Europe without extra charges, just like they said.

Avoid Diamond-paintings.co.uk at all costs! I made an order on 8th April 2023, paid $182.58 US, and to this day (26th Jule 2023), I haven't received my goods. They completely ignore my emails, no response whatsoever. Terrible service and a waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from this supplier!

Ordered from here over a month ago and nothing received. Have made several complaints and they just say they do not offer refunds. Have had to contact my bank! Absolute waste of money- do not order from them. Plenty of reputable companies out there that provide this product, and probably cheaper and much quicker.

Clear and simple website, though when paying with a payment app, I missed the option to use a gift card. I emailed The Diamond Store, and they responded fast, fixing the issue. My order arrived a few days later, nicely packed. I will definately shop at The Diamond Store again and suggest them to others.

Okay, big props to these guys for keeping the communication game strong. I used to snag stuff from them pre-pandemic, and it was like lightning – got my goodies within 5 days. Overall, its a good company. Even with the delays, they're still my go-to for custom stuff.

Alright, but one Pocahontas kit I bought from BGKFE lately didn't resemble her face. Also, some symbols are tiny and hard to read, pens and beads don’t always work well even with waxing, and the little green tray could use a cover.

Never had a single hiccup with any of my stuff, and even if the orders take a bit longer, trust me, it's totally worth the wait.
