I dislike because they take so long when I want to withdraw my crypto, and their p2p feature is poor. One seller scammed me badly, and when I contacted support, their attitude was rude and unhelpful.

I don’t get why this site is still around. Their service is so rude, and withdrawing my money takes forever. I don’t understand it, and I just hate dealing with them.

Advantages: Low fees Disadvantages: - Withdrawal is not possible. - Terrible customer service. They will always try to keep your money, and at times, you will need extra steps to protect yourself. Here’s what I faced: - Withdrawal blocked at every turn. - Support is hard to reach. - Can't take out money via API (why not? I should be able to do this with my own key!). - Constantly logged out, and 2FA is required every time. - No option to turn off 2FA, claiming it's for my security. - Withdrawal requests take too long to process, sometimes they disappear, forcing you to create new ones. I activated 2FA due to issues with logging in from my location. I immediately contacted support to ask them to disable it, but they said no (no clear reason). It felt odd, but what could I do? After a week, Google authentication locked me out. Now, I can't access my account, can't use Gmail, and withdrawals via API are impossible. My store still runs, but I have no idea what will happen to my funds while I wait for resolution.
