Quite upset. Purchased a pricey pair of Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months back. Only got one case delivered, and the other never showed up. Can't get a refund because they believe the missing case might still arrive, which seems odd. So, stuck with just one case and down $400. Well, tried to track my package and saw it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow. But then, boom, there’s a surprise. UPS wants $537 more before they’ll hand it over. No one said anything about extra charges when I bought it. It’s like finding out your meal costs double when the bill arrives. Totally unexpected and really frustrating. I wish they’d been upfront about these fees from the start. Now I’m stuck figuring out what to do next.
