We were searching for somewhere to put some money

We were searching for somewhere to put some money for a family member. We were thinking of buying a house - just a small one to rent out. But when we added up how much more money we'd need to actually buy a house in the area we wanted and hire people to look after it and get renters insurance, all things this family member didn't have the capacity or assets to do, we realized after a great talk with the Cardone capital staff investing with them was the smartest choice and the least amount of risk and work on all my family's part. We now receive checks every month for the last 6 months, just like they said. Looking to invest more :)

Man, this company's sketchy AF and a total jerk

Man, this company's sketchy AF and a total jerk. How can they pay investors if they can't even pay staff, firing 80 during a pandemic? And they're meant to be a billion+ company? Yeah, right. No way. Nobody gets all 5-star Google reviews with that many. There's gotta be some mad ones in there. He's got people making fake accounts for good reviews. Tell your dad to invest elsewhere. This guy's all talk... great at public speaking, selling himself, getting folks to buy his crap. And the fees? Crazy. Don't. Just don't. Seriously... I wouldn't trust these big real estate investors doing motivational shows. It's all a trick to take your cash.

I put money into one of their funds

I put money into one of their funds. It’s the lowest performer of all my investments and according to them, it never meets the original return. Currently, I’m getting 4% at most, while they promised 6-8%. I can't retrieve my capital as the property isn’t sold yet, so the IRR is just a fantasy. They only provide their K1 in the last week of tax filing. (Not financial advice).

I signed up for Cardone Capital info, but it's too much. Can't stop emails. The link to opt out doesn't work. Can't trust them, won't do business.

I invested the smallest amount ($5k). They occasionally send me a check with a small amount of money that I deposit into my account (<$30). They refuse to let me sell my single share. They’ve denied my request to sell, and it's unclear when I’ll get my $5k back.
