I was happy to know
I was happy to know they didn't have a new foot pedal for my son's TT1600, so they took one from a new bike and sent it to us with some other parts they had. That's good service! These bikes are no good if you can't get replacement parts (especially with a son who breaks things sometimes), so thanks to Burromax for going out of their way. Much obliged.

Impressed with the swift customer service and discreet packaging. The surprise factor during Thanksgiving and Christmas for my son was priceless. I first connected with the owner at the Hot Rod Convention in Indianapolis. His personal touch and assurance were key factors in choosing this company over a gas bike for my son.

I got two of their bikes.
I got two of their bikes. They're proper motorcycles, strong, not like some other small ones. Burromax has good service and the bikes are made well. I want to see more models and improvements. They're growing slowly but surely. Maybe they'll make a big electric motorcycle one day.

So far so good. The bike is a present for my grandson's birthday in a couple of weeks. The box came with some damage, so I hope everything inside is fine. I'll let you now if there's any issue.
