I had to double-check everything, particularly the spelling and grammar. Their AI for cover design is pretty impressive, but you can't rely on them to catch all the details. They sent me multiple covers that were way off from what I wanted, but after several revisions, we finally nailed it. This was my first time using AI for art, so I learned a lot. While they claim to be US-based, I'm pretty sure that's not true. Everyone I spoke with had English as a second language, which isn't a problem, but they should just be upfront about it. Their response time to emails could be faster, and getting them on the phone is almost impossible, but they do reply within a day or two. They meet their commitments, but patience is key. Melissa and Nathan were polite and helpful, addressing all my concerns. They're juggling multiple projects, so things move slowly. Despite that, I'd use them again for their cost-effective service for indie authors.

The only thing holding me back from giving a full 5 stars right now is that the editing isn't done yet. But honestly, I'm happy with how it's going. Ended up paying $2,700.00 to DESIGN PRODIGY LLC on November 22, 2024, because Henry suggested adding a tip. So far, the process seems promising, and I'm holding onto high hopes that Ryan and Jason will deliver outstanding results. It's not finished yet, but the communication has been good, and they seem dedicated. Really looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. Fingers crossed for a great outcome!

I had such a terrible experience with Book Writing Pioneer. I purchased their Gold package, thinking I was dealing with a reputable U.S. publisher, only to find out they operate out of Dubai and use fake American names. They promised so much but delivered almost nothing. My book, which I worked so hard on, ended up on a self-publishing site. They claimed credit for the cover design when all they did was pick the font. The quality was awful, with text running off the page. They even tried to sell me a TV interview for $5000 and a website for $1500 plus monthly fees! Communication was a nightmare, just endless arguments with no solutions. I bought my own book at $24 a copy, with no royalties. I've stopped earning any royalties now. Steer clear of them!
