My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. After waiting for a month, the shoes I received were nothing like the ones advertised - they were uncomfortable and seemed to be made of low-quality material. I urgently need to return them and receive a refund, but I'm struggling to find information on how to do so. Overall, I'm deeply dissatisfied and in urgent need of new shoes.
