Purchased the S1 in January 2024; received the machine but not the accessories. Multiple contacts led to three more shipments, but crucial parts like the rotary, air assist, and fire safety components are still missing. Customer service is lacking, with delayed responses and a reminder to be patient over the weekend. Shipment tracking is misleading, as labels are created without items being shipped. Disappointing service after a substantial $3300 investment.

While email correspondence is acceptable, the delayed response time can be less than ideal.

They replied quickly, and even when I got disconnected from chat, they kept fixing my issue in the background. When I checked my email, they'd already reached out with a solution to my problem.
