This is my third product from this company. My son had 3 dogs pass away and I got pet ornaments for them. The one I got in Dec 2023 I gave to him for Christmas. The whole family cried when he opened it, so I ordered another one for this Christmas.

As usual, their stuff is good quality and never disappoints. Shipping, though, is like, super slow 99% of the time. I get it's from China, but if you want my real review, shipping's where you need to get better.

The product was like they said it would be and came when they said but the chain for hanging it was broke.

These shirts made the perfect gift! I customized them with my brother and great nephew's favorite hair colors and styles, eye wear, and even beverage choice. Ordering from this business was an easy and efficient process. I received an expected delivery date that was fulfilled despite there being a few extra days of delay. My gift recipient was incredibly pleased with the item. Upon closer inspection, the upper legs appear to be the color chosen, but inexplicably the legs below the seat have been cut off. As a result, I have gone ahead and placed an order for a different style of mat.

However, my only gripe is that the product's origin wasn't clearly stated on the website. It turns out it was outsourced from China, which meant a longer delivery time of 2-3 weeks. I wish they had been upfront about this so I could have made an informed decision before placing my order. Nevertheless, the product itself is fantastic, and I'm pleased with my purchase overall. Just a little more transparency would have made the experience perfect!
