They offered a solution, wanted to exchange, got label to send back. Later, refunded without explanation. CS said item out-of-stock, advised to buy again. Wish they explained without me reaching out. Besides communication issue, process seems okay. Order arrived within the week. Repurchased, no leakage this time. Product packaged nicely for shipment.
