I visited their site on Saturday 9/7 and booked a flight for $417 per person, with an extra fee for "travel care" or whatever they call it, which claimed I could cancel within 24 hours. Instead, I got a blank email saying it was pending and to call an 800 number. Called 15 minutes later, and Walt Bulls was unhelpful, saying the airline raised the price and I now had to pay $1099 for the reservation for 2 people or loose the money. I asked about the 24-hour cancellation policy, and he said it didn't apply. My options were to pay or get charged a cancellation fee. This is a total scam. I called again today, and still no changes or refunds. Do not use this site. I had to give 1 star, but they deserve a -5. Just saw their score on better business bureau is F. 29 complaints in 12 months. Report them!

Honestly, I was ready for a hassle when I rang up for flight details. Mr. Sean Mathews answered and sorted out the bookings flawlessly, also making sure I got all the details for the round trip flights for my family. Alayna was really nice and great; she helped me a lot and was understanding. I shared my problem and mentioned I was struggling with booking a flight and had met an impolite worker, but she took the time to listen to me. I was very grateful for her help, and she deserves a good review. I don’t usually write them, but she earned it.

Jenna was really helpful in getting a flight for me that was no longer avaliable. I appreciate her help and courteous manner because a previous representative hung up on me and was really rude. Thanks Jenna for being so proffesional and taking the time to arrange my flight.

Logan is really good and he saved me $100 on a ticket I would have paid more for on the airline's site.. He’s definitely great and brightened my day, so I'm happy to leave this review for him.

A real helpful guy. Deserves a higher position if there's one. Helped me tons to find the best flight home to Arizona. If there were more than 5 stars, he'd deserve 'em.
