I've been buying from this company for years, and I've replaced all my shocks and struts with their products on my 8 rigs. Their customer service and shipping have always been excellent, going beyond what's expected. However, my recent experience was quite different. When I called, the owner's son answered and things quickly went downhill. He accused my mechanic of being either drunk or high, which was totally uncalled for, especially considering the situation. The conversation deteriorated from there, and it was clear that I wouldn't be doing business with them again. It's a shame because the company's reputation was built on hard work, but it seems like the owner's son is tarnishing it.

I had a rough experience with this company. I ordered some car parts three months ago. It took a long time for them to arrive, and when they did, one of the shocks was the wrong part. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and it took a lot of effort to sort things out. Eventually, I managed to talk to Carlos, who promised a refund for the incorrect part. However, it's been three months since then, and I'm still waiting for my money back. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience dealing with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The company is incredibly quick to charge your credit card. However, after that, they send you an email claiming that the part you ordered is on backorder and encourage you to call them to discuss your options. The problem is they never answer the phone or respond to emails. The promised restock date has already passed, and the parts have yet to be shipped. Once again, they are unresponsive via both phone and email. I feel like I've been cheated.

They only shipped out half of my shocks initially. Got an email from FedEx claiming it was the entire order, which had me worried. The person in charge got on the phone to explain that my delivery was split into two batches. They assured me they'd wrap up my order either today or by Monday, given the shocks were on backorder. Earned themselves an extra star for that quick call.

I ordered shocks for my ‘13 F150 and when I received them, I realized they were the wrong type for my truck. I called to return them and was told to fill out a return request on their website. I did that, but it's been three weeks and I haven't heard back from them. I reached out two more times, but still no response. It's like they're ignoring me!

They sent the 8 shocks for my motorhome as promissed, but there were only four cylindrical spacers. They did everything in their power to get me the spacers from the manufacturer. It was 2 months later, but they came. They always answered the phone, and they came through. The new shocks have really improved the ride in our rv.

The order arrived late after 3 weeks, and they sent me the wrong shocks. Returning them cost me $40, and it took 4 more weeks to get my refund, plus they charged me a restocking fee. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!! I didn't get any notification about my final refund—just a deposit in my account.
