This company has supported me throughout the entire process of changing my IRA to a Self-directed solo 401K plan. Their website explains all the steps clearly. If you have any questions or if something is unclear, they will either answer your call, reply quickly, or respond via email. I can't say enogh good things about them!

Handling IRS forms and regulatory stuff can be tough and stressful. Dmitriy always replies to questions. Minna also went out of her way, spotted errors, and was very patient in helping fix things. It’s easy to reach a live person on the phone, and it's great that they’re smart and helpful!

The team is really friendly and easy to talk to. You can always ask questions if needed. They seem to do well with staying in line with rules. There were a few mistakes in the original, but they fixed them right away with no issues.
