The prices, quality and selection was second to none. But, beware, after I made my purchase with my credit card, someone tried using my info to buy vapes/weed online thrice at 400.00 each. When I tried buying groceries five days later, my card was declined as the bank knew it wasn't me. It caused lots of inconvenience to wait for a new card, relink my automatic payments etc. It's unfortunate since I really like Sam's Beauty online store, but I can't risk a rogue employee stealing my CC number.

SamsBeauty was really easy to navigate! Placing the order was easy, and my wig was delivered pretty quickly. They provided a tracking number, so I was able to easily track its progress. When the wig arrived, it was packaged nice so it wasn't damaged, and the wig was great quality. I'll definitely be ordering from SamsBeauty again!

I love shopping with Sam's Beauty, but I have to say your shipping prices are quite high. I might need to start looking for another place to buy hair products. It just doesn't make sense to pay more for shipping than the actual hair I'm purchasing.

Shipping was quick, like always. However, one of the wigs had some issues with loose wefts in the front. Four tracks were hanging loose and needed sewing to make it wearable. Overall, I'd consider buying from them again.
